Day 1 / Nairobi – Masai Mara

We start early morning (at 6 a.m.) from Nairobi and drive to Masai Mara National Reserve. On the way we pass through the Great Rift Valley and we stop to admire the amazing view. We arrive in the Masai Mara National Reserve in time to have lunch in our lodge/camp, then – after a short break and refreshment – we go for an afternoon game drive in the park.

Day 2 / Masai Mara

After breakfast we go for a full-day game drive in the park in search of the Big Five and other animals. Masai Mara is the Northern part of the famous Serengeti National Park and accommodates amazing wildlife such as elephants, zebras, giraffes, wildebeest, rhinoceros, lion, buffalo, leopard and many different types of gazelles and birds.

Day 3 / Masai Mara – Nakuru

Early morning we go for a morning game drive to admire the sun rising up over the Savannah.
After having breakfast in our accommodation we make our last, short game drive in the Mara as we leave the national park. We drive to Lake Nakuru where we will arrive in the late afternoon or early evening (depending on traffic).

Day 4 / Nakuru – Naivasha

After breakfast we have a game drive in the Lake Nakuru National Park. The park is renowned for its masses of flamingos and is often referred to as “Pink Lake”. However flamingos tend to reside in different areas recently due to the change in the circumstances and only a few remained and can be seen occasionally in Lake Nakuru National Park these days. Fortunately wildlife in Lake Nakuru is still remarkable even without flamingos. We can see waterbucks, impalas, buffalos and many types of birds. Besides the main attractions of Lake Nakuru NP are rhinos (that we have a better chance to see here than in Masai Mara) and Rothschild’s giraffes (that can be found only here in Kenya in the wild).
After the game viewing we drive to Lake Naivasha where we have an opportunity to take a boatsafari in the afternoon. (Optional program, not included in the price.)

Day 5 / Naivasha – Amboseli

After breakfast we start our long drive towards Amboseli National Park. We have lunch on the way (not included in the price) and we will arrive to Amboseli in the late afternoon. On the way to our accommodation we have a chance to see the first animals of the Amboseli NP.

Day 6 / Amboseli – Tsavo East

We start the day with an early morning game drive to experience the awakening of the nature and to admire the sunrise. We drive back to our lodge for breakfast before we start for another drive towards the Tsavo East National Park.  In Tsavo East NP we have our afternoon game drive as we drive towards our hotel.

Day 7 / Tsavo East – Mombasa

After breakfast we can have a short game drive as we leave the park, then we head towards Mombasa.
On the way there is a possibility to visit a Masai Village to experience the traditional life and culture of Kenya’s most popular tribe. (Optional program, not included in the price.)

• Open-roof safari van with an English speaking driver-guide (jeep and other languages are available for extra charge)
• Accommodations according to your choice
• Meals: all breakfasts, four lunches and five dinners during the safari (6B, 4L, 5D)
• Bottled water in the safari van during travelling and game driving (1 liter/day/person)
• Park fees: Masai Mara National Reserve, Nakuru National Park, Amboseli National Park, Tsavo East National Park
• Note: park fees to national parks are payable on a per day basis. One-day ticket is valid for 24 hours (i.e. the park should be left within 24 hours).

• Transfer from and to the airport (upon arrival or leaving) (optional, i.e. available for extra cost)
